ok.. possible suggestions...
maybe don't have the percussion right from the start.. allow it to build and have the drums enter a little later? (perhaps at the first chorus?)
I'm trying hard to think of another suggestion... but this is aurrally perfect in every way, and even my suggestion about the drums was made purely on the basis of trying to find SOMETHING useful to say. 
This is very smooth.

Sounds like a pretty solid arrangement to me. The only thing I would say it that gets just a tad repetitive to the end. Just something to break up the structure of the song about 2/3 or 3/4 into the song might help. Maybe a key change or a bridge/Middle 8. You have some nice bridges in your other songs. Other than that this is fantastic, you bring a nice air of sophistication to this site once again.

Vocals and backups are sweet. Love the little guitar pickins going on. Bass and beats are groovin. And the production is great.
I agree with Dave though about the bridge...that's the only thing missing. The chorus is such a cool hook and it seems to lose it's impact as it's repeated. A bridge would certainly help resolve that.

I could go on all day about the various schools of musical thought, and while waiting for this one to load over my lovely connection, I will touch on it. Some people consider music a science, others an art. Mine is pure art, which allows for all kinds of dirty sounding poor production stuff lol. It is also why when I listen I tend to comment on my reactions rather than the technicals. Added to this is the face that I am not all that familiar with this kind of music, but I am converting fast thanks to you. OK, here it is...
A work in progress, huh? Good songwriting and pleasant sounding music. Killer vocals as always. I couldn't make any suggestions for "improvement" but I can say I enjoy this immensely.

Aysha, I had to listen 3 times to try to find ...something...to add to this song. I think Fradonaghy's suggestion is a good one? Other than that, this is just LOVELY as it is. I know how it feels tho to want your tunes to be perfect to YOUR ears. However, to me this sounds great. Very smooth & memorable song, very heartfelt delivery.

he he I really like the style of GT Original and I have a similar way of looking at songs here. I am not a critic and I also have a very slow dial up connection.
Oh cool here it comes!! Again the sound of the music is just so darn sexy.. Almost as much as your voice. You sing with such heart and the way you convey your emotion is beautiful. The harmonies heighten the emotions even more and well I feel it and I love it. I love this better than the first cover tune I just listened to. This has such a reaching feeling of loneliness and heart. Fantastic stuff. Stay true to your art and you could be a star.

My only advice to you would be just keep on doing what you are doing You have a sensual, captivating voice and you're a stunning lady too...all the ingredients for great success Many artists have the sound without the image/marketing, or the other way round. Whereas you have everything - a perfect combination!

This is a masterpiece, I totally agree with Rodrica. Keep at it because it's obvious you're no amateur at this. Your voice and musical style is seasoned. I've seen some good advice on this board but for the most part I think there's little u need to do for improving.
